- [Instructor] The single most common plug-in the people I interviewed for this course recommended was this one, Gravity Flow. Its a premium plug-in that extends the functionality of the Gravity Forms plug-in to create literal workflows for your forms. This plug-in is so advanced and has so many use cases, it really warrants a whole course in itself and setting it up falls well outside the scope of this course you're watching right now. But here's the general idea of what its all about. Gravity Flow lets you create custom workflow processes for your forms. As a basic example, when someone submits a sales lead form, Gravity Flow can be configured to automatically assign the sales lead to a specific person through email and that person can approve it or deny it directly from their email.
