How to troubleshoot an SSL installation

- [Instructor] Sometimes installing an SSL certificate can go wrong. But it is absolutely possible to troubleshoot it. If you're not seeing the little padlock by your URL or if you're seeing HTTP instead of HTTPS, check the database and make sure that the URL has been updated everywhere. Let's walk through how to do that now together. In your hosting account, go to PHP My admin, that page should look somewhat like this. Find your website along the left-hand side and choose Options. One of the top items is your site URL and home URL. Edit both to contain the HTTPS prefix instead of HTTP. If that doesn't work, or if those values both already show HTTPS, log into your WordPress website and go to Settings, you'll see two fields, WordPress address URL, and site address URL.
