- [Instructor] An intranet site is an ideal location to host a knowledge base and FAQs so users can find and share information. There are a myriad of knowledge base and FAQ plugins available for WordPress, and they all have benefits and drawbacks. That means if you want to add a knowledge base or FAQ functionality to your site, its important to map out what your requirements are before you start looking for solutions. That way you'll be better able to find a solution that works for your specific circumstance. After a lot of experimentation and testing, the plugin I ended up using is called "Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQ" and it provides both a knowledge base and FAQ functionality.
