- [Instructor] In this lesson, we'll take a look at Amazon CloudFront. This is a CDN offering from Amazon and integrates tightly with the rest of the Amazon Web Services or AWS ecosystem. As you can imagine, with the full infrastructure of Amazon behind it, their network is huge. 217 points of presence across 42 countries. In addition to caching static content such as CSS or JavaScript files, CloudFront also excels at dynamic content delivery. This is content that shouldn't be cached. Think about things like a user login or a shopping cart. There's also a fully featured API and various developer tools, which makes CloudFront ideal for tech organizations and enterprise customers with developers on hand. There is a steeper learning curve to get started than with other CDNs, and the user interface is not as friendly for non-technical users as some others.
