- [Instructor] In this video, I'm going to show you how you can use the data from your Google Ads account to improve the overall performance of your ads in the future. First of all, it's important to look at the interaction rate. The interaction rate essentially shows how engaging the first five seconds of your ad is. 'Cause remember, an interaction occurs when a user doesn't click the skip button. So your interaction rate is those users, the users that watch your full ad divided by the number of users that had the opportunity to watch your full ad, but maybe decided to click the skip button. So, if you have low interaction rates on your videos, it means that those first five seconds aren't captivating the user and you might want to think about adjusting your video to be more engaging.
