- The default gradient background in ZBrush is nice and all, but sometimes you want to put something back there that fits with what you're working on. In this video, I'll place a 360-degree, panoramic photograph in the background so that it feels like we're looking around an actual environment with the model. Okay, setting this up is pretty simple. Let's go up to the Light menu. We'll come down to Texture under Background. What we can do is we can just pick this texture right here, which is kind of this gallery that comes with ZBrush. So, now we'll pan around the model or rotate around it, and you can see that it's basically a 360-panorama photograph, like a spherical photograph, that gets mapped into a 3-D environment here in ZBrush. So what we could do for display purposes is you're going to position this bull on this pedestal and make it look like it's in a gallery. This might be useful for presentation purposes.
