- [Narrator] There are many ways to get new objects into your scenes. Either from outside the program or from within. Let's see how to do it. So, right now you can see that we have a tool open that's made up of several different sub-tools, and let's say that we want to add a new file that is in obj format, maybe something you saved from some other software. One way to do that is by going to import, and here in the exercise files, here in chapter three, we've got Gargoyle.obj, so go ahead and open that up. So one thing you'll notice about import is that it actually replaces the currently selected sub-tool with the file that you import. So, if you didn't want to do that, there's a couple things you can do. Let's hit control z to undo that. One thing you could do is just duplicate the current sub-tool so that it just replaces this unnecessary duplicate. Or you can go up to zplugin, sub-tool master, and click on multi…
