- [Instructor] By default, KeyShot places the same materials on objects that they had in ZBrush, however this is rarely what you want because KeyShot has a much wider selection of materials to choose from. KeyShot materials are also physically accurate unlike ZBrush materials. So let's see how it works. If you're using the exercise file for this video, you might run into an error screen telling you that KeyShot can't load some of the textures that came from ZBrush. If that happens, just dismiss the warning. We'll be replacing the ZBrush materials anyway and the warning should go away. Okay, we've got our object here in our scene and we can start picking materials to apply to it by making sure we're in the materials tab here on the left and we can scroll through the different menus here to pick different materials and scroll through these swatches, but if you're looking for a specific material often it's just easier to click on the search bar and type in something.
