- Blocking your ideas before going into too much details is always a good practice and something beginners don't take the time to do. We've all been there, where we start learning a program such as ZBrush or Maya or Blender, and we go straight for the most detail in a sculpt or modeling. What will often occur in these cases, you'll find that you've made mistakes. The symmetry of your sculpt isn't good or the anatomy of your creature or human being is subpar. In ZBrush, one of the best method is to use ZSpheres to first create the silhouette or anatomy of your model before you start sculpting. And as you can see, here I have a dinosaur I've created from ZSpheres. And what I've done is basically started from the ZSphere, and slowly built my dinosaur, so I've built the back, the belly, the torso, the head, the snout, the arms and the legs, basically using ZSpheres. So right now, I can't sculpt this because I've used ZSpheres to build it. But right now I can still make changes to the…
