Creating a nanobrush

- [Instructor] So we are going to begin the process, of creating the kneaded pattern across our path. And in order for us to achieve that, we're going to use a really cool technique, inside of ZBrush which is called Nano Brush. So what this does is repeat a piece, of geometry across another piece of geometry. So this is really good, when we want to repeat a pattern across a surface. So let's see how that works. I'm going to import both pieces that I already created inside of 3ds Max into ZBrush. So let me click Import. And then I'll select the knot first, and I'll click on Open. And as always, I'm not going to check any of these options, and I'll click Okay. Then I'll click and drag. Click on Edit really quickly. Then let's see what we have here. So you can see that there's not a lot of mystery here. You just need to create that geometry, you can even create that inside of ZBrush itself. What you need is a piece…
