Establish the major flow zones - ZBrush Tutorial

Establish the major flow zones
- [Instructor] Flow zone is a term that I made up, partially because it's fun to say, but also because it gets at the idea that there are parts of a model that could be thought of as sharing the same structure, areas where the edges all flow together in a neat grid. In some places, it's very obvious where the new edges should go. For example, following the smile line right here or making a tube structure down the arms. However, other places might need a bit of planning to get right, especially in the spaces between major facial landmarks. Let's see how to sketch out some exploratory edge flow to help us retopologize faster and better. As you can see, I have the raw sculpt model already set up as a live surface, which you can tell because the magnet icon is highlighted. Just a reminder, if you're using the exercise files in this course, you'll have to reactivate the live service every time you load a file. Okay, so like we did before, let's go up to our Curve tool and just start…
