Fixing problems with Panel Loops

Panel lopes have done a great job of giving the models some thickness. However, there are still some kinks to work out. In some parts of the model that have fine features, the wall thickness has passed through itself and poked through to the other side. So you can kind of see that here and in a few other places on the model. Let's look at some ways to fix this. So I've got the jacket sub tool active right now. You can make sure that's active by, Alt+Clicking on it. And let's go into the display properties palette and let's click flip. Make sure double is turned off for this. So, now we see the model inside out. And, you can kind of see how certain parts are passing through themselves. What we need to do is mask the outer surface so that we can work only on the inner surface. So, I'm going to hit flip again to turn this the right side out. And, let's go, so we can see the inside surface. And, I'm going to hold down, Ctrl+Shift, and click on the inner surface. So this hides everything…
