Introducing the Transpose Master

- In this video, I'll show you where to find the transpose master, and how this basic tool functions. Ok, we have our character, he's got some nice wardrobe, a nice paint job, but now we got to get him to a nice looking pose. He's not nearly interesting enough. So, the first thing you need to do is make sure you select the base mesh of the character. Go into geometry and just drag that slider down all the way to your low subdivision. Click on the Z plugin and go to T pose mesh and we'll give that a few seconds. What it's going to do is compile all the subtools into one mesh, so we can then move it. Ok, it says it is complete. And what we want to do now is hold down the control button. By default you have the mask pen. If you hold down control and click on the brush you can select the mask lasso, which I really like for transposing. And hold down a mask button and just grab that arm. Then do the inverse of that, and I'm going to click down a few times holding down control on the mesh…
