Picking colors

- When painting color in ZBrush, it's often helpful to be able to pick a color that already exists on an object. There are a few different ways to do this so let's take a look. Alright, we've got this colored model in ZBrush. And let's say we want to start painting some new colors onto this. Now, if we want to match a color that already exists, we don't have to try to manually find a similar color. What we can do is simply hover over the color that we want to pick and hit C on the keyboard. So you can see, I just picked the brown from the hair. If I want to a skin tone, I just hover over that and hit C. Shirt color, same thing. One other way to do this is to hold down space bar and then click and drag from your swatch over to the color that you want. So this way, you can get your primary color and your secondary color. And actually, you don't even have to hold down space bar for that, you could just drag from this place over here. I just like to hold down space bar sometimes because…
