Polishing your model with Polypaint
- [Instructor] Okay now I've added both the green and the stem. I also added some violet within the eye sockets, and I'm now ready to actually do the final pass on the pumpkin. The first thing I want to do is show a little bit of the actual skin, once the jack-o'-lantern was cut we usually have a little bit of a yellow skin on the inside of the pumpkin. So I'm gonna switch over to a nice warm yellow color, and I'll take the Alpha off of my brush so that I'm working now with just the round, circular brush, and I'm just going to gently paint in the yellow just inside the eye socket. Okay, so you can see how that sort of helps to make the purple pop a little bit, I need to go in and clean it up a little bit more, but the thing I want to definitely show you with the same color yellow, I'm going to actually turn on my scratch brush, and so that is just utilizing the Alpha 58, which allows me to provide somewhat of a polished scratch effect.
