Preparing to fuse body parts

- [Instructor] As it is now, the character is made up of many different overlapping objects. However, ultimately, we want to have a smooth body where the character is mostly one single surface. Before we start fusing the parts together, however, it's important to spend time to make sure that the proportions and shapes of the body parts are correct and that we know exactly which parts are going to be fused to which. And that's because it's a lot easier to make changes at this stage than it is to do it after the parts have been combined together. So let's do one final pass over the character to see what can be done. Okay, so character's looking pretty good. However, there are a few things I want to adjust. For example, the arms, I feel like need to connect at the shoulders a little bit more cleanly rather than having this dip right here.
