Recording a history time-lapse video

- I record time lapse videos all the time because they're a great way to quickly show other people my sculpting process. Now there are two basic types of time lapses you can record. The first and most common is the simple screen recording type. The downside to this is that the playback can be kind of hectic and jerky. The second type solves this problem by replaying the undo history one step at a time and letting the camera smoothly follow the action. Let's see how it's done. Okay, let's record some sculpting on this bust. A couple things I want to set up beforehand. I don't want to have any title image or overlay image on this. So let's just go to title image and set that to zero. And overlay image to zero opacity. Okay good, let's go ahead and record. So I'm just going to do some quick and dirty sculpting on this. Let me just zoom in here. Maybe we'll put some detail in the ears. Get a smaller draw size here. Just want to sculpt some detail into this. I'm not doing anything too…
