- [Instructor] As you build in more and more geometry, you'll probably find that it doesn't always get created with even spacing. Some edges are much closer together than others for no good reason. Apart from the holding edges we created in the last video of course. The quad draw tool has a smoothing mode that makes it easy to even out the mesh. So let's try it out. So just taking a look around the model you can see where we added some of these edges in, we've got some that are kind of clustered together here and then a bigger space. Some that are clustered together. So on and so forth. So this is pretty easy to work out. Just simply hold down the Shift key and you go into relax mode when you've got quad draw selected. And so you just click and sculpt. And these edges will just basically smooth and spread themselves out. Now you do want to be careful in some areas. Maybe you do want these edges to be close together like we established in the last video. So you don't want to smooth on…
