Remeshing the sculpture

- Details are the finishing touches to any type of sculpture, but before we can start adding detail, we need to remesh our character, so we can keep our machine running smoothly. In this video, we'll talk about how to optimize our creature using ZRemesher. Okay, so as you can see, I've added these really cool horns on the backside using the same procedure that we did to get the original horns and the eyeball, and I've also made some more wardrobe pieces. So now it's looking closer and closer to our original concept, but now we've gotta break down this mesh and give us a little bit better topology to go off of. So, the way I'm gonna do that is, let's go over to our SubTool layer stack and in this top layer, I have my body of my character. In the layer right below him, I have the digits. I wanna actually combine those two, so the way I do that is make sure that you have the top layer selected, and go down to Merge and Merge Down. Go ahead and hit OK.
