- Now that we're done making all of the elements, it's time to dig in to each piece and bring out the medium sized details. This phase is often overlooked as it's natural to wanna jump right into the fine textural details, but the medium scale sculpting is where most of the life and character of an object lies. Let's make sure we give it our due attention. All right so looking at the references, there's a couple places I'm really going to focus on. One is the inside of the cuff. This is where some wrinkling and folding of the fabric happens. It's very organic detail. Another place I'm going to look at is the edge of the eyestays, where it's not actually sewn down it tends to curl up a little bit, so that's a really interesting detail as well. So first, let's work on the inside of the cuff. So I'm gonna ALT click on it to make it active. And let's go ahead and zoom in on it, and let's hit shift F to look at the wire frame.
