Sculpting the lantern handle

- [Instructor] Now, sculpting the jack-o'-lantern will actually be a lot of fun. We're going to go over a couple of different techniques in its creation. As I mentioned earlier, I'm going to demonstrate how we can extract the mesh and create the interior to be hollow, so we kind of shell out the inside of the jack-o'-lantern. I'll also demonstrate some of my technique I use for the stem, which is kind of similar to what we just did with the wood. And also I'll need to work on the metal handle, which will have a bit more of a polished kind of hammered metal look. In fact, I'm gonna work on the handle first, so let me go ahead and isolate that. And what I want to do is remain with this chiseled look in the geometry, so I'm gonna turn off my smooth, and divide up twice, and then turn that back on. And so that kind of is giving me that wonky feeling already. In fact, I'm gonna divide up one more time. Because it is such a small object, I can actually just go straight to polishing if I…
