Sculpting on a subdivision model

- [Instructor] Sculpting with subdivision models mostly works the way you would expect. It's a fairly intuitive process, but we should take a look at some special cases to really understand what is happening under the hood. So we've got the bull model open and it has several subdivision levels, so you can see a nice low subdivision level and then going up to a high detail level. And as you probably expect, the high subdivision levels are good for sculpting details. So if we want to add maybe a little bit more vein detail here, this is great in the high subdivision levels. And we might even want to create one more. So let's divide that. Now we can get some really fine detail going here. Now if you want to make bigger changes, like change the overall proportions of things, you can do this in high subdivision levels but you might want to switch to a lower subdivision.
