- [Instructor] So in this chapter, we are going to develop the coffee table model for our project. So in this video we're going to discuss a few reference images and just discuss a view aspects that you should know before we move on to the creation process. So first, a few things for you to have in mind. We're going to develop a reclaimed wood coffee table. So even though I will choose some references images here, I encourage you to Google this and learn a little bit more about the surface that we're trying to recreate. So try to understand how it looks, its behavior, because it's going to make your creation process a little easier. This is an important object in our scene. So that means that we are going to waste a little more time in order for it to look more realistic. And we are going to add more detail to this. So since we have lots of details, that will demand higher resolution for our model. So we'll have a chance to understand how we can add resolution inside ZBrush. But I want you to keep in mind that these will make your project a lot heavier, especially outside of Zbrush. So bear that in mind. That might be a little heavy on some computers. We're going to create two tables. They are the same model. So what we're going to do is the same as we've done so far. I'm going to create one table and I'm going to encourage you to create the second one by following the same steps. So that will make you more comfortable inside of Zbrush. And that will give you an opportunity to redo every step that we've done so far. And you just do it a little different so that you have two different tables. So let's take a look at a few reference images. So this is the look that we're looking for. It looks polished but it has some distress. So we're trying to recreate that in our piece. You can see that most of these woods have really deep creases. And we're going to try to recreate that. We're going to try to create some deep creases in our model. Not a lot, but the creases that we are going to add, you want them to have more depth. A few other reference images here. You can see that most of the times, they flow in the same direction. And we're going to try to recreate that in order for us to achieve the result that we need. Okay, so this is the look that we're looking for. And in our next video, we're going to move on and begin creating our coffee table.
