Using the DecoCurve brushes
- [Instructor] Version twenty twenty of Z Brush added a few new brushes with some special effects. Let's look at the DecoCurve brushes. They work by taking a 2D image and stretching it out along a curve, let's take a look. Okay let's jump right in to picking the DecoCurve brush. Hit B on your keyboard to bring up your brushes and let's get DecoCurve Drag. And I'm just going to increase my draw size here a little bit. And let's draw out a curve on the body of this shark. Now we don't see anything right off the bat, but once we start dragging on this curve, what you'll see is the shape of the alpha stretched out along the curve. Now let's increase the Z intensity of this so we can see a little bit more clearly. Okay, so we've got this arrow along the body of the shark. Now, one thing I don't really like about how this looks right now is it's kind of jagged. It's really stamping out copies of this alpha along each point of this…
