What you should know before watching this course

- This course is geared towards intermediate and advanced viewers. Although I will be describing the steps I take you should have a general understanding of how ZBrush works especially how to navigate the viewport and use basic sculpting controls. On the artistic side it is recommended that you have some artistic experience. I'll be showing some tips and tricks to help you create good anatomy and proportions but there's no substitute for artistic skill. When it comes to knowledge of anatomy this course will hit the most basic and crucial mile stones. It is not a comprehensive run down of facial anatomy for sculptures. For this reason if you're feeling a little rusty on your anatomy knowledge, I highly suggest that you supplement what you learn here with books and videos devoted to anatomy. In this course I'll be using some scientific anatomical terms but only when there's not a common word that's more well known. My goal is not to intimidate anybody with fancy words. While it's a good idea to learn all the medical names for things I don't want to make this course any more intimidating than it has to be. And if I ever do use a fancy word I'll be sure to describe what I'm talking about rather than just throwing it out there. Now that we have a better sense of how this course is geared, we can start moving on.
