- [Instructor] Here's an interesting feature. As you know by now, you can manually sculpt pretty much anything, as long as you're willing to put the time into it. But you can also let ZBrush procedurally apply sculpting effects to an entire model. Clay Polish is one such feature, and it's kind of like using Smart Blur, or Sharpen filters in Photoshop, except in 3D. Let's take a look. Here we've got a fairly detailed model here, and let's go into Geometry, and open up Clay Polish. Without changing any of the settings, let's see what happens if we click Clay Polish. Okay, so you might notice a subtle smoothing of smooth areas, and a sharpening of sharp areas. So it's basically like increasing the three-dimensional contrast of the model.
