The brush system
- [Narrator] It took a while to get to this point, but it was important to dive a little bit deeper into some of the concepts, but we're now ready to talk about sculpting, and therefore the brush system in ZBrushCore. The brushes in ZBrushCore are very simple and very intuitive, but they're really, really powerful. So, the most commonly used brushes are always available at the bottom of the interface. So, you have a few icons here that represent each one of the different brushes, but you can access a few more of these by clicking the brush thumbnail. Let's go ahead and do that. Like this noise brush, for example, that could be very, very handy when adding texture or details to your models. All the brushes, they share the draw size settings, so if you set the draw size to 50, for example, with the slider here, and let's go ahead and change to another brush. You'll see that the size will remain at 50. The Z intensity and the focal shift, however, are unique to the brush. So, the Z…
