- Showing conduit in previous versions of Revit has been, well, difficult. Up until Revit 2010, conduit didn't even exist at all. Now that we're up to Revit 2014, drawing conduit has vastly been improved upon. Let's focus on how to get conduit started. The first thing I'd like to do is cut a section, and we're going to establish a point on a panel in which to start our conduit. Then we'll draw some four inch conduit up and out of the room that the panel is in. First thing I'd like to do is in the project browser, let's make sure we're in power, floorplans, level one. And let's zoom in on an electrical room. I'm going to pan around, just to get set. On my quick access toolbar, I'm going to click the section button. With my section, it's a two point pick. I want to pick the first point here, and the second point here. So go ahead and pick your first point of your section. You can scroll out a little bit. And then pick the second point.
