Adding the material to Maya

- So now that we have our material created, we can save it out and bring it into Maya. Now, up until this point, we've been working with .sbs files, which are editable, and we want to actually bring that into an SBSAR file or an archive file and that's what Maya can read. So all we have to do is just highlight this, right-click go Publish SBSAR File. I'm going to call this stucconew.sbsar, and I've already written it to the disc. So I'm going to go ahead and save, click Yes for overwrite. And then we get this option here and that is the name of the file, compression mode and so on. And I'm just going to leave those at default and click Okay. So now let's hop over to Maya. So in Maya, I have my building and we're going to apply this to these walls of the building here. And I already have a neutral material on there, but we're just going to replace it. So first thing we need to do is create that material and we will do that…
