Applying materials to 3D objects

- [Instructor] So you've gone through the process of creating true three-dimensional geometry by utilizing the Cinema 4D renderer inside of After Effects. Now, you want to actually customize the look of that 3D geometry. And we'll do that in this video by applying custom materials to different sections of this geometry. So if we look in our timeline here, you can see I have a Point_Light, and then underneath of that I have my Color_S-Flake Outlines which is this logo which has been extruded. The Extrusion Depth is 101 and the Bevel Depth is five with a Convex Bevel style. If we scroll down here, you can see I have Material options that I can adjust. So for example, if I wanted this to look a little more shiny, I could go ahead and increase the Specular Shininess.
