- [Instructor] In the last video I showed you how to take each one of our submittal items and assign it to an individual submitter and an individual reviewer. Now assigning them to an individual is nice but in reality there's a lot of times where I need to assign these items to multiple people or groups of people and there's actually three different methods of doing that here within PlanGrid. They all have different outcomes and I want to take a look at each one of those three. Let me explain what the three methods are to you first and then I'll show you how to do them. So, method number one is I can assign a submitter or reviewer to a group. Now, when I assign something to a group, what I'm saying is that each individual in that group has access to view and contribute to the package but only one individual within that group has to say that I'm done in order to move it to the next step.
