- When we communicate directly and consistently, we build a rapport with our team and we also send a very strong signal that we, as leaders, are here with them through thick and thin. They can trust us to always communicate, which should put their minds at ease. Remember this, being stuck in a place of uncertainty is a very difficult and uncomfortable feeling.
