Creating diagram connectors
- [Instructor] If you have to make diagrams, flow charts or org charts, inkscape diagram connector tool can help. It creates lines that automatically resize when you move connected objects and you can also control the spacing and curvature of those lines to make them avoid crashing into certain objects. It's an interesting tool. So, let's see how to use it. So, here I have a few identical rounded rectangles and these could be the basis for a diagram. They could represent steps in a process, people in an organization, et cetera. But right now, they have no relationship to one another. They're all separate. So, let's make some connections. I'll start by taking the diagram connector tool. And as I mouse over each rectangle, you can see the centers get highlighted with a little square. If I go directly over a center, the square turns red. So right now, I'd like to connect these two rectangles in the middle. So…
