Creating a switching circuit
- [Voiceover] I bet you could almost do this one on your own. You may be starting to notice that Revit commands, although different, follow the same procedure. Let's do another type of circuiting. The intention here is to allow Revit to pull together information that you have already added to the model. By completing the switching circuit, you have now left nothing behind. To get started, let's go to Electrical, Lighting, Ceiling Plans Level 1. Let's scroll in on this corner office, my favorite office. Let's go ahead and select one of these lights. Notice that on the Create Systems panel, Switch is the only available system to create. On the Systems tool panel, click on Select Switch. And select our switch. Again on the System tool panel, let's click on Edit Switch System. On the Edit Switch System panel, make sure Add to System is current, hold down your Control key and select the second line. The switch ID is Lighting Switches Door, which is this switch right here. Click on Finish…
