- [Instructor] Once you have text in your document, you can edit it and modify it with the controls in the Text and Font dialog. So let's take a look at how to do that. Here we have some texts on our product label and we need to edit both the content and the formatting. So let's zoom in on the text on the left-hand side here, I'll just select it and press the "3" key. To edit text naturally, you're going to use the text tool. If you have the selector tool, you can just double click on some texts, to switch to the text tool and immediately start editing existing texts. Once you have a blinking cursor, you can double-click to select a word, triple click to select a line, drag over any range of texts to select it. Press and Control + B makes selected text bold. Press and Control + i makes it italic, and pressing those same keys removes bold and italic as well. For other formatting changes you need to use the tool…
