Exposing Substance parameters
- [Narrator] We now have our material, and if we want to we could export it as is, but let's go ahead and add some controls so that the end user, can modify this material using whatever parameters we give it. So let's go ahead and start off with say clofiness or roughness. So I've got my roughness here, and it basically controlled by this blend so I have opacity, here in this blend, and as you can see, as the opacity goes down, the reflectivity goes up, as the opacity goes up, the roughness is dialed in. So somewhere on point seven is where i usually like to keep it, but let's go ahead and allow, the user to control this. So I'm going to select this blend and then under the opacity controme I'm going to click on this little function icon and then just click expose that's going to ask me for a name and the default name is kind of the technical name that just goes by, but let's go ahead and give it a more…
