Focus on ideation exercises

- You might also want to put some focus on ideation exercises or cocreation workshops within your foundational work. Cocreating and ideating are just fancy ways for saying that you're going to involve both users and stakeholders in your process, and focus on ways to extract new ideas and get immediate feedback on them. You may want to work generational types of exercises into existing interview sessions, or dedicate a whole session to generating ideas and creating together, which often includes multiple users and stakeholders. There are tons of different structures to explore, but the idea is to provide a framework for people to come up with their own ideas, then build off of others and refine things as a group so that the best bits of each idea are incorporated.
