This is where you'll find recaps of meetings, development on all things Core WordPress, including the block editor. So you can bookmark this page or subscribe here to get emails whenever new posts are published. The next place is Slack. This is where meetings are held and other discussions about WordPress take place. Specifically there's the Core channel, the Core editor channel and FSE outreach experiment channel.
