- [Instructor] Now that we've reviewed the basics of submittals workflow, we're ready to move on and start with step one in that workflow which is create submittal items within PlanGrid. Now there are several ways, actually three ways that we can create submittal items inside of PlanGrid and I'm going to start with probably the most common way which is to import items that we already have listed in a spreadsheet that we might be using as a submittal log. This is a pretty common way to keep track of your submittal items on a construction project and you'll see I've got the exercise file opened up here and this is just a sample submittal log with some items that I put in. Includes concrete, masonry, some metal deck, doors, some finishes and what I want to do is I want to get all of these items here in my spreadsheet over into PlanGrid so let's take a look at how that works.
