Importing substance bitmaps to Maya

- [Instructor] Once you've exported your bitmaps from substance, you can bring them into Maya and author a material. Now you can use whatever type of material you want, you can use a standard surface, or really any other type of material. So let's show you how to bring in the bitmaps and create a standard surface. Now, I've already altered this scene a little bit, you may remember it from before, but I've taken out the wood siding on this building, at least on the front portion of this building, and if we go on into the attribute editor, you'll see that this particular material is just a standard surface, so if I were to say change the color of this, you could see that this material here is applied to these walls. So we want to take the bitmaps that we created, and use it to author this material. So these images live in the exercise files under MayaProject, sourceimages, Substance.
