Leverage organizational influencers

- We humans need help, and there are many influencers that can do just that. An influencer is something that has the power to affect thinking, decisions, and behavior. So let's identify two overarching organizational influencers that can impact how employees behave and can even help to reduce employee problems. They are influencers, I want to suggest, we think with employee problems in mind and how they can be utilized. The first is your corporate communication. Many companies have monthly or quarterly newsletters. And in light of this topic, if you don't have one, it might be a good time to start. Ask yourself, how can you use the newsletter to consistently communicate expectations of behavior, to shape thinking and educate on areas that would impact legal exposure?
