Making swept cuts

- [Instructor] In this example, I'm going to show you several different swept cuts. Now, the first thing that I want to point out is this one around the outside perimeter of this shape here. So, I have a shape very similar to something like a router bit here, which I've defined here. And it's called Sketch2. And we want to take that Sketch2 and we want to bring it all the way around the outside perimeter of the shape. So, I basically just converted that entity or just created another line going around the outside perimeter. So, that's going to be our very first profile. Go ahead and click on Features. Come over here to a Swept Cut, and as far as my sketch profile, I'm going to come over here to the drop-down and choose it from the tree. So I'm going to choose the Sketch2 as my profile and my path is going to be Sketch3. Click on OK. And you can see there I quickly can remove all that material around the outside perimeter of my shape very similar to what maybe you would do with a…
