- [Instructor] Some projects like a street improvement project, for example, might not have very many submittal items and you may just want to skip the spreadsheet all together and enter your submittal items directly into PlanGrid or you might have discovered an item missing from your spreadsheet when you uploaded it and now it'll just be quicker to add it directly to the dashboard and in any case, it's a really simple matter of just going over here, clicking on Items and clicking the Add Item button. When we do that, we get a dialog box that pops up here on the right side of our screen for new submittal item and you just go ahead and fill that out manually, just entering things here instead of the spreadsheet, so call this Plumbing Fixtures. We're going to say that this is Spec Section 224000, Plumbing Fixtures, we are not going to assign a submitter now, I'm going to show you how to do that.
