Model view
- [Instructor] If you want to create a singular model view inside of a SolidWorks drawing, sometimes the best place to start is just with the model view feature. If we go up again to the View Layout tab, and we're going to be using this a lot for all of our drawing functions. Most of the functions you're going to use in drawings are found in View Layout, Annotation and up here in the Insert tab. So going back to View Layout, we're going to click on Model View. This brings up in the property manager a selection for the file that we want to make the model view of. I'm going to go ahead and double click on the sample file right here. You can see when I do that it switches the property manager over now to give me all the properties of the view that we're going to insert. So, starting at the top.
