Move and transform
- [Instructor] Moving and transforming layers gives you a special kind of flexibility only available in a digital art environment. The move tool allows you to do some pretty impressive things when it comes to arranging the way layers are placed on your canvas. Let me show you what I mean. The fifth tool down on the left in your toolbar is the move tool. When I select that, you'll see that it instantly pulls up a box around the layer contents that I have selected. In this case, it's the orange circle. Now, the corners can be dragged, like so, to resize the image. The circles on the left and right and top and bottom allow me to squish the circle. Remember, I can always two-finger undo to get back to the original state. And the circle at the bottom that's attached to a handle means I can rotate my shape, and the degree of rotation is displayed in the center. It will snap every 45 degrees to give you a perfect rotation…
