(calm music) - You'd think in a digital world everything would be easy to find and neat and orderly, right? Well, not the case, my friend. In fact, I found that going digital has made it even harder to pinpoint where all my documents and videos and photos and blog posts live. That's simply because there's just too many choices. The only way to combat this is with a system. Having rules will save the day. Here's what to do. Choose your digital filing system carefully based on what you need to store. For instance, I use Google Docs, Evernote and Dropbox. Every one of those could essentially store the same kind of information. However, I'm very specific about what I store in each one. In Google Docs, I store writing projects where I'm actively creating new content. In Evernote, I store lists for travel, information for my taxes and anything that I'll need over a long period of time and then in Dropbox I store assets…
