Panning and zooming

- [Instructor] Inkscape has options for panning and zooming to help you quickly get the view you want as you work. Let's see how to use them. For panning around the canvas, you can use the scroll bars on the right side and beneath the canvas. Press control b to toggle the scroll bars on and off. Also notice a tiny button at the top of the vertical scroll bar here. This is the toggle button for making the zoom level match the window size. So if you want Inkscape to try to keep the same part of your artwork visible as you resize the window, turn this on by clicking it. And when it's on, the border around the button turns darker, but on some displays like mine, that can be very hard to see, so you may just have to do some trial and error.
