Replicate a Mailchimp campaign
- [Instructor] When you want to create a new campaign, you can start from scratch, you can use a template, or you can replicate any existing campaign. Sometimes I will replicate campaigns so that I can send them to different audiences or even segments of the same audience, for example. You can also replicate campaigns that haven't been sent yet. To replicate any campaign, you'll start by going to the Campaigns dashboard, and locate the campaign that you want to make a copy of. Select the drop down here and choose replicate. The first thing you want to do is update the name of the campaign so that you can recognize it in your dashboard, and you'll be able to compare the results. If I'm replicating the same campaign and not making any other changes, just sending it to a different audience, sometimes I'll just add a version two at the end of the title.
