Replicating Azure Table storage data globally
- [Instructor] One of the key premium features of the Azure Cosmos DB Table API over the Azure Table storage was that in Azure Cosmos DB it's possible to replicate Azure Table storage data globally. So, let us go to Azure Portal and see this in action. In Azure Portal, you have the menu items on the left. In here, go to the settings section, and then to the replicate data globally. So click the replicate data globally option. Here on the right, you'll see that the configure regions is set to be disabled. To enable the data replication, simply click the enable button, and then in here, you will get a warning, which says that you will be billed additionally for all the other regions. And then, when you want to add a region, just click the add region button. In here, let's say we want to add the Germany, West Central, click the OK button. If you want to add another region, you can just go to add region, then let's go…
