Rotating objects

- [Narrator] Like other transformations, there are several methods for rotating an object in Inkscape. First, with the selector tool, you can click and pause on an object, then click again and when you click the second time, the handles around the object change. Now, if you drag a corner handle, you'll rotate the object. If you drag a side handle, you'll skew it. Next, on the polygon, I'll click and pause and then click again and then notice the plus sign here in the middle of the object. This is the rotation center around which the rotation takes place. And you can move it if you want by clicking and dragging, and then drag a corner to rotate around that point. And the rotation center doesn't have to be within the boundaries of the selected object. I could click and drag on this and move it way out here and rotate around this point. To put the rotation center back in the middle of the object, hold the shift key…
